We are very excited to introduce the latest technology in patient communications. You will now have the ability to communicate with TFPC via our electronic Web Portal. The Portal is completely secure and HIPPA compliant to ensure the safety of your Personal Health Information. When you are "web enabled" with TFPC you will be able to do the following via the web:
To become web-enabled, simply talk with someone at our front desk. Once you give us your email address, we can set up your web ID and password. Then you can start using this great new method of communication!
*Some requests may require that you have an appointment prior to the request being fulfilled.
**Due to HIPAA laws, we can only grant portal access to individuals 18 or over. Parents are not able to have portal access for their children.

- Ask non-emergent questions of our office via the portal, saving time by eliminating a phone call.
- Update your address, phone numbers, email address, employer, pharmacy and emergency contacts.
- Enter or update your Medical, Surgical, and Hospitalization histories as well as your allergy information.
- Enter historical vaccination information from other offices to your record at TFPC.
- Receive email reminders of existing appointments, confirmations of new appointments as well as notifications of new information posted to the web portal.
- View your current and previous lab and diagnostic reports. (Feature coming soon)
- View your current and previous statements.
- View your current and previous appointments.
- Request a refill of certain current medications you are taking.*
- Request a referral to a specialist.*
- Make a payment (Please note: You can only make a payment for your own account only)

Health & Online Wellness
Download the Healow app today if you are already signed up for the portal. The username and password will be the same as you use for the portal. If you don't currently use the portal, please call and speak to a receptionist to get access to begin using the TFPC patient portal as well as the Healow app.
