Portal Access for Minors
At this time, parent or guardian portal access for minor patients is not available. Please contact our office if you have questions about accessing your child's medical information.
Through the patient portal, you can:
- Send secure, non-urgent messages to our office.
- Request prescription refills for eligible medications.
- Request appointments.
- Request referrals.
- View upcoming and previous appointments.
- Review laboratory and other test results after they have been reviewed and released by your provider.
- View and pay your account balance.
- Update your contact information, pharmacy, emergency contacts, and other personal information.
- Review and update your medical history, surgical history, allergies, and immunization information.
- Receive appointment reminders and notifications when new information is available in the portal.

Health & Online Wellness
Download the Healow app today if you are already signed up for the portal. The username and password will be the same as you use for the portal. If you don't currently use the portal, please call and speak to a receptionist to get access to begin using the TFPC patient portal as well as the Healow app.
